We take a look at 21 dogs and cats that are looking for their forever home at the RSPCA York, Harrogate and District branch…
17. Drizzle
Drizzle is a 12-month-old Lurcher who is a sweet boy that came to the centre via the local dog warden. Drizzle is a great dog who has been very friendly with everyone whilst at the centre. He is young, fit and active and just loves to be out and about enjoying his exercise. Drizzle would benefit from some further training as he can get over excited and forget his manners but he is keen to learn and has so much potential, he just needs the right family to help him along the way.Photo: RSPCA
18. Jamie
Jamie is a 15-month-old Large Crossbreed who came to the centre after her previous owner tied her to the gates one morning. Jamie is a shy girl when meeting new people but once she knows you, she is a really lovely and sweet natured girl. Jamie just needs stability and someone she can trust. She really is a fantastic dog who has overcome so much in her short life and she has so much potential and so much to offer.Photo: RSPCA
19. Harry
Harry is a five-year-old domestic short haired who came to the centre via an inspector after his owner sadly passed away. Harry is so upset at the moment and is feeling like his whole world has come crashing down on him and is spending all his time hiding away from the world. He will need very understanding adopters who will give him as much time and patience he needs to heal.Photo: RSPCA
20. Milo
Milo is a 16-month-old Labrador Cross who came to the centre as his previous owner could not manage him. Milo is a super friendly chap but can be a little boisterous when he gets over excited. He had not had much basic training before he came to the centre but he is clever and eager to learn. Milo is an extremely active dog and will need a family who will take him on long and exciting adventures. He is a happy boy who lives life to the max and will make a super addition to the family.Photo: RSPCA
